Magic Wand was impressive winner of the Cheshire Oaks who made all yesterday in Chester for her owners Michael Tabor, Derrick Smith, Mrs John Magnier & M J Jooste, trainer A P O’Brien and jockey Ryan Moore. The daughter of Galileo and a three-parts sister to Irish Oaks heroine Chicquita may now go for the Epsom Investec Oaks. Magic Wand was purchased by Peter & Ross Doyle Bloodstock at Arqana August Yearling Sales in 2016 for €1.4 million from Ecurie des Monceaux.
